The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our Doctors' training, professional credentials and work experience.
Dr. Todd K. Engel attended Northwestern University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry in 1980. He then attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago where he received a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry in 1982 and his D.D.S. in 1984. After six years of practicing general dentistry, he continued his education at the University of Detroit-Mercy receiving both a specialty Certificate in Endodontic and his Master’s Degree in 1992. Dr. Engel joined our practice in 1996. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Wisconsin Dental Association, The Greater Milwaukee Dental Association, The American Association of Endodontists, and The Wisconsin Endodontic Association. Dr Engel has also taught in the Endodontic Department at the Marquette University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Joseph Nencka grew up in the Milwaukee area and completed his undergraduate studies at UW-Milwaukee majoring in Biological Studies. He earned his D.D.S. from Marquette University School of Dentistry in May of 2006 and following dental school he served three years in the US Navy. Dr. Nencka completed a one year General Practice Residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and then continued to serve two years as the dentist aboard the USS Nashville LPD 13. After serving in the US Navy, he returned to Marquette University School of Dentistry earning his Master's Degree and specialty Certificate of Endodontics in 2011. He joined our practice on the completion of his Endodontic training in June, 2011. Dr. Nencka is currently a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, and the Wisconsin Dental Association.
Dr. Mark Kuglitsch attended the University of Iowa, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 1996. He received his D.D.S. from the University of Iowa's College of Dentistry in 2000. Dr. Kuglitsch practiced general dentistry in the Milwaukee area for 16 years. He joined our practice after completing his Endodontic training at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2018. Dr. Kuglitsch is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. .
